Planning a wedding that’s intimate, authentic, and uniquely you?

Booking an affordable photographer can help preserve your day without unnecessary extras. By opting for 4-6 hours of photography, you’ll cover the key highlights—your heartfelt ceremony, meaningful formal portraits, and exciting reception moments—while staying budget-conscious.

Instead of chasing posed, Instagram-inspired recreations, focus on candids that capture the raw emotion and genuine joy of the day. A single skilled photographer can beautifully document your story without the added expense of a second shooter.

This streamlined approach is perfect for couples who value quality over quantity and want to stay present in their celebration. Your photos will feel as real and personal as the love you’re celebrating. Ready to make your wedding memories timeless, unique, and affordable? Let’s bring your story to life!

small + intimate weddings are my specialty

I love barefoot brides, quiet first looks, outdoor ceremonies, sunset meditations, vows written day of, live music, carving out intentional newlywed time, bonfires, and children being themselves.

Weddings are a powerful and they are also sweet & raw. As your photographer, I will provide a quiet mirror and intentional reminders to be present throughout the day. My packages are for couples interested in an authentic wedding experience with guided photographic support. I only take a limited number of weddings per year as I pour a lot of intention and time into curating to my couples needs.

Considerations for a shortened photography timeline

Opting for a shorter wedding photography timeline—typically 4-6 hours instead of the traditional 8-10—offers a fresh, intentional approach to documenting your big day. Here’s why it might be the perfect fit for you:

Benefits

  • Budget-Friendly: Fewer hours mean lower costs, allowing you to allocate your budget to other priorities.

  • Focused Coverage: Your photographer captures the most meaningful moments—ceremony, portraits, and reception highlights—without unnecessary downtime.

  • Stress Reduction: Shorter formal portrait sessions mean less pressure, leaving more time to enjoy your day.

  • Natural Candids: With a streamlined timeline, your photos will focus on authentic, unposed moments rather than staged recreations.

  • Perfect for Intimate Weddings: Smaller celebrations don’t need hours of coverage to tell a beautiful story.

Limitations

  • Limited Getting Ready Photos: While there’s less time for prep shots, many couples find they don’t miss these.

  • Seasonal Considerations: Summer weddings may require extra time for sunset portraits, especially if your ceremony is earlier in the day.

  • Condensed Timeline: Every moment matters, so planning your day carefully is key.

  • One Photographer: can only be in one place at one time, with proper planning key shots can be navigated with ease.

Ultimately, a shorter timeline offers simplicity and authenticity, creating space for a meaningful celebration while capturing the moments that truly matter.
